This article will step you through changing the billing cycle on your Conetix hosting plan. Conetix has the following billing cycles available; Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Biennially and Triennially.

Instructions

1. Log into your Conetix Portal at: admin.conetix.com
2. Go to Service then My Services:
   
3. Click on Manage for the hosting you are changing the billing cycle for:
   
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click Change Billing Cycle:
   
5. In the pop-up click Choose Billing Cycle and from the Drop down select the desired Billing Period:
   
6. Once selected the pop-up will update with the Next Due date and the cost of the new billing cycle:
   
7. Click Change to save the new billing cycle. The system will update to the new billing period.
   If you received an invoice for the previous billing cycle this will be cancelled and a new invoice sent out for the new billing period.

In order to reconcile your account from time to time you may require a full or part account statement, the following process will show you how to generate a statement from your Conetix hosting admin area.

Instructions

1. Login to your Conetix Admin Area
   (https:/admin.conetix.com)

2. Select Billing Tab on left menu

3. Select Account Statement

4. Choose Period you wish to generate report
Start Date – End Date

5. Click on My Statement
(The system will generate a statement ready for download)

This article covers how to cancel one of your active hosting services or products with Conetix.

Instructions

1. Log into your Conetix Account.
2. Click on Services from the left-hand menu, then choose My Services under it.

3. Click Manage next to the service that you wish to cancel.

4. From the right-hand menu, under the Actions section, choose Request Cancellation.

5. Complete the cancellation request form;
   • Fill out a brief Description for your cancellation.
   • Choose the Cancellation Type for when the service should be closed (Immediate or End of Billing Period).
   • If you have the domain name related to the service registered through Conetix, you may tick whether or not you wish to have the domain automatically renew or not going forwards.
   • Once complete, click the Request Cancellation button.

6. Your cancellation request will then be sent through to the Support team for processing.
   If you have selected Immediate cancellation, your related services will be automatically terminated at 10AM the following day.
   Otherwise if you have chosen End of Billing Period, your service will be scheduled to be terminated prior to it’s next renewal date.

Instructions

Updating Contact Details

1. Access your Conetix Account.
2. In the top right click Hello, <Your name> and this will open a drop-down. From here click My Details.
   
3. Here you can update the Account details, excluding the Company Name.
   
4. Once the new details have been filled out and checked click Save Changes at the bottom

You may need to do this if you need to authorise a new contact to make Support requests, or if you wish to have an email address receive certain notification emails from our systems (ie, have Invoice-related emails sent to an Accounts email address).

Instructions

1. Log into your Conetix Portal, then click your name in the top right corner.

2. Click “Contacts”.

3. If you wish to modify an existing Contact, select it from the drop-down list at the top of the page.
   
   • Update the contact’s details and email preferences as needed.
   • Once the required changes have been made, click “Save Changes“.
     
4. If you wish to instead add a new Contact to your account, select “Add New Contact” from the drop-down list.
   
5. Enter in the contact’s details and email address, and tick the boxes next to the type of email notifications that you’d like to have them receive.
   
6. Click “Save Changes” to save the new contact to your account.

1. Login to the Conetix Control Panel and open the Billing drop down menu, then select My Invoices.

2. From this menu, you can manage your current Credit Amount, your current Amount Owing and your Invoices.

3. To add additional funds to your account, select Add Funds as shown below:

4. Select an Amount of Funds you would like to add to the Account, select a Payment Method, then select Add Funds.

You have successfully added funds to your Conetix Account.

This article will detail the process of upgrading and downgrading your products and subscriptions from within the Conetix Control Panel. For shared hosting, this allows features such as additional hard drive space to be purchased and instantly added to your account.

Instructions

1. Login to the Conetix Control Panel.
    
2. Select the 'Services' tab:

   

3. Navigate to the desired subscription you wish to perform the Upgrade or Downgrade on and click "Manage Product":

   

4. Select 'Upgrade/Downgrade Options' on the right hand side:

7. If paying by credit card, add the CVV number and click Submit Payment.

4. Update the Relevant Contact Information.

5. When done, select ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.

You have successfully updated the Registrant Contact Details.

This article serves to guide affiliate customers through migrating websites or customer websites to their VPS with Conetix via the Plesk Site Importer.

Instructions

1. Login to your VPS
2. On the Left Click Subscriptions
   
3. Using the search box on the right look for, then click the desired domain to access the subscription
   
4. Click Website Importing under Dev Tools
   
5. At the top click Switch to advanced mode
   
6. Enter the Source domain name and website URL
   
7. Hosting Access – Here you will enter the FTP details to migrate the site
   • Set the Connection type to FTP
   • Enter in the FTP Username and password.
   • Files root, Get list of files mode and Use the same IP for FTP data connection as for FTP control connection can be left as is.
     
8. The Settings under Content Transfer options can be left as is.
   
9. Click OK and Plesk will search for content to import on the source server
   
10. The site importer will begin connecting to the source server and scan for any sites in the hosting
    
    If you run into any issues double check your FTP details.
    
11. Next you can begin importing the site.
    • importing a WordPress Site
      • Tick the box to the left of the source installation path
      • Then click Import
        
12. Once the import completes, run a check on the imported site
    
13. Once the check is completed the site has been imported into Plesk, you will want to take a look at the site yourself to visually confirm it is all good
