Overview

Conetix offers an enterprise grade Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus protection system using a local instance of SpamExperts which offers comprehensive email scanning to help protect your business and reduce time wasted cleaning emails.
If you have this product have your Microsoft 365 via a third party, you may need to configure additional settings to avoid delays in your emails arriving.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Microsoft 365 using an administrator account:
    Reset Office 365 Password via Outlook.com
  2. Click Show all:
  3. Click Exchange:
  4. Click connectors under mail flow:
  5. Click the add button:
  6. In the new window set from to Partner organization and To to Office 365:
  7. Click Next:
  8. Name the connector “Conetix Spam Filter“:
  9. Enter a description for the connector:
  10. Click Next:
  11. Select Use the sender’s IP address:
  12. Click Next:
  13. Click the add button:
  14. Add the IP range: 121.52.199.16/28:
  15. Click OK:
  16. Click Next
  17. Confirm Reject email messages if they aren’t sent over TLS is ticked:
  18. Review your settings and Click Save:
  19. Your connector should resemble the following:
  20. Email will now reliably flow to your inboxes.
